Newsletter Management The newsletter management module is the ideal tool for the elaboration of an email marketing strategy. It allows the creation and management of mass e-mailings destined for your customers (Bulletins, communiqués, surveys, etc.). Predefined templates and an HTML editor permit the creation of messages without the slightest programming knowledge. The newsletter management module mailing list is handled by the client management module. The latter enables the importation of mailing lists from external sources. The newsletter management module also takes care of cancellations. A member wishing to be removed from a mailing list has only to click on a link at the bottom of the message. This will automatically deactivate the individual’s profile in the client database. Finally, detailed statistics permit an evaluation of the impact of the messages that you send. You will know who read the message, the number of times it was accessed, who clicked on a link (URL) contained in the message, etc. |
